Candlelight luminaries bathe Court Street in a warm festive glow for this early evening Business Open House. Strolling singers from Pekin Community High School, horse-drawn carriage rides, and a special visit from Santa Claus highlight the evening. Downtown stores offer holiday shoppers special treats and drinks, plus drawings for door prizes. A family event.
