Unique
event held annually on the last Saturday in January in conjunction with
the official National Eagle Census Day to count the number of wintering
Eagles on the Illinois River between Pekin and Havana. Event includes
wildlife coloring contest for students, bus tours to view Eagles on the
waterfront, "Birds of Prey" show by Wildlife Prairie Park, chainsaw artist,
and master storyteller. A family event.
