Fourth year for this popular mid-day family event. Pet lovers are invited to bring their dogs downtown for fun and prizes. The event kicks off with a doggie parade on Court Street, followed by contests for best dressed dog, owner-pet look-alike, doggie tricks, die photo contest and more. Trophies are awarded to the winners. This event took 1st place for Illinois Main Street communities for best new event in 2001. A family event.
